Order Confirmations

You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to decline any order.

 

Shipping Methods and Charges

 

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available on all items

Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1.00 pm In order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.

If orders are placed after 1 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.

Although we strive for the quickest service possible please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch and upto 3-5 working days for delivery especially around busy times. 

Missing Parcels

If a parcel is believed to be lost or undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier.

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Unfitted or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@clcperformance.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any items damaged during fitting are not covered by our policy we advise you to have all our products fitted by a professional.  

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such our custom steering wheels or interiors). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Once any custom item is ordered you can cancel your order within 3 days for a full refund after this we will not refund the order. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
